Las Clinicas del Norte, Inc. a Federally Qualified Health Center seeks to retain a qualified architecture consulting firm to provide professional services for the design of a Primary Health Care facility in the community of Abiquiu, County of Rio Arriba state of New Mexico.

Each proposal must be limited to twenty-five (25) pages and shall state that it is valid for a period of sixty days calendar days from the date of submission.  Interested firms shall submit six (5) copies of each proposal to: Las Clinicas del Norte, Inc PO Box 237 El Rito, NM 87530 or by dropping them off at Bldg. # 28 on State Road 571 El Rito, NM.

Proposals are to be received by the Clinic no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, July 06, 2012.

Las Clinicas del Norte, Inc. reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any irregularities in a proposal, to hold any proposal sixty (60) days before accepting same, and to accept that proposal which is deemed in the sole discretion of the Clinic to be the best proposal.
