LCDN has facilities in three rural communities in Rio Arriba and Taos counties: Abiquiu, El Rito, and Ojo Caliente. Each offers a broad range of primary medical, dental, and mental health services, inclusive of medical outreach and preventive, urgent, and emergency care. LCDN maintains 24 hour call for urgent calls from patients.

All clinics are open during the week. Walk-ins are welcome, and unless of an urgent nature, are seen after patients who have appointments.

 Medicaid, Medicare, Blue Cross, QualMed, Presbyterian, and most other insurances are accepted. A discounted (sliding) fee is available for qualifying patients needing services but unable to pay the full fees.
